Jess – Administration Support

Jess manages the consent and documentation process for Juv’ae to ensure our Cosmetic Nurses have everything they need to manage their clients from an administrative point of view at their fingertips. She has been integral to the process to introduce a CRM system that will further enhance the ways in which Juv’ae Cosmetic Nurses can engage with existing patients and attract new ones.

Jess is also the person who receives and distributes stock orders. Her systems and processes have been fine-tuned to ensure nurses can order and receive stock quickly. With a background in beauty therapy, Jess has first-hand knowledge of the in-clinic experience and what is required to ensure every administration requirement is catered to for our Juv’ae Cosmetic Nurses.
