This is why we want to introduce the concept of the business life cycle to you so you can identify and understand which stage you are in as a Cosmetic Nurse.
The business lifecycle is the progression of a business separated into five different phases over time. The stages are launch, growth, shake-out, maturity, and decline.
Each business lifecycle stage highlights a unique set of obstacles to deal with and overcome. You will have to be flexible in your thinking and adapt your strategy as you move along with different approaches being required at each different stage.
